Today’s guest caught my eye with its interesting structure of vaporizers, but first of all with its design and colors of drains on the glass. The novelty was released by Horizon Tech, and the tank itself is called Ultima Tank.
Horizon Ultima Tank
I’ll start with the design. It’s insanely simple and yet it looks amazing, so much so that there’s absolutely nothing to pick on. I’m just crazy about simple and minimalistic tanks like this. The tank itself is only available in black, but it comes with a variety of colorful drains. Although they make the tank more colorful and will allow it to fit better with the box mod, but as far as I’m concerned, it looks perfect without them. canadian vaping Despite the fact that the tank looks quite small, its diameter is 25mm, so it won’t fit every boxmod, let alone a mechmod.

When disassembled, the tank has no structural features and consists of a base, vaporizer, body with replaceable drain and glass and a cover with a removable driptip. Even beginners will have no problems with disassembly and assembly.

The tank has a top filling and it has two rather large holes, through which you can refill even from a bucket, if you get used to it. But the volume of the tank, despite the diameter of 25 mm, is small, only 4.5 ml. This is due to the large size of the vaporizer, but we’ll talk about it later.
The airflow is two 2.5x10mm holes located at the bottom of the tank, which can be adjusted by turning the adjustment ring. Such holes should be enough for very high power, but the vaporizer has its own peculiarity, so you can forget about high power.

Here we are with the interchangeable vaporizers. By its appearance, you can immediately conclude that there is something wrong with it, and you would be right. Instead of telling you, it will be easier for you to look at the diagram presented on the box. It shows that the coil is divided into two parts and offset from the center axis in opposite directions. Why it is done this way and how it should work I could not understand, but the manufacturer claims that it should improve the flavor. Included with the tank are two different coils, 0.2 (30-55W) and 0.5 (30-50W) ohm. In such large vaporizers in the flow-throughs should be large, you will say, and again you will not be wrong. The vaporizer has 4 vape holes with a size of 3x11mm, from which I can conclude that they can handle high vg liquid, but it is not necessary, for the tank is designed for flavor orientation.
What I can say in the end: I really like the look of the tank without protective drains and I’m very interested in testing its vaporizers. I don’t know if they’re any good, but I’m very interested in them. Otherwise, it’s a great tank with easy refilling and functionality perfect for beginners and amateurs, or those who are strangers to maintenance bases.
