General information and design
Nowadays it is difficult to make a unique design, because the number of devices on the market is insanely huge, but JUSTFOG has succeeded in doing it, though not to the end. First of all, the device is insanely compact, but it is very disproportionate and this is a serious drawback. The height of the device is 130 mm, thickness is 16 mm and depth is 25 mm, what does it all mean? And it means that it will fall quite often and the absence of bubble glass is more of a plus than a minus.
I wouldn’t call the set a luxury device, but it looks more than decent, and most importantly, monolithic. The atomizer matches with the varivolt mod flawlessly, there is nothing more to say.
All the controls of the mod are on the front panel, LED charge level indicator, voltage indicator with voltage level control button. Justfog Q16 Pro But the best part is that the Fire button is all over the top of this panel, so it’s a real pleasure to press it.
The device of the atomizer is quite standard, a delrin 510 driptip, Pyrex glass and a metal body that has notches on both the top and bottom for easier unscrewing, which also look very nice.
Available in 4 colors.
Comes with
1x Q16 Pro Clearomizer (Tank)
1x Q16 Pro battery (varivolt)
1 x User manual
1 x Instruction manual for safe use
1 x Replacement vaporizer
1 x 5 Pin Usb Cable
That’s a lot of instructions, don’t you think? In my opinion not enough spare glass, considering not the best stability on a flat surface and height.
Technical Specifications
Battery pack
Size: 16 x 25.5 x 70.4mm
Built in Battery Capacity: 900mAh
Varivolt Mode: 3.5V, 3.8V, 4.1V, 4.4V
Charging: Micro USB, current unknown
Connector: 510
Let’s start right away with the main feature of the mod, it is a varivolt. For those who never heard of it, it is very simple, instead of changing the usual power, we change the voltage applied to the vaporizer and from this, the power will change depending on the resistance of the vaporizer. I personally just crazy about varivolt, put the voltage at 3.8 V and forget about problems, if you want hotter vapor put 4.2 V (in our case you can only 4.1). Neither minuses nor pluses in this system of changing the power there, it’s just a little different and personally for me much more convenient and easier. Instead of trying to figure out how many watts I need for this or that coil/vaporizer, I just put 4.2V and it always works perfectly.
The built-in battery with vaporizer resistance of 1.6 ohm is enough for the whole day without any problems and you can charge it quickly enough.
Operation modes varivolt change by pressing the button at the bottom of the front panel, a total of 4 presets and which of them is running at the moment will be clear by the number of LEDs on.
The charge level indicator is at the top of the device and will change from white to blue and then red depending on the charge level.
Atomizer
Size: 16 x 60mm
Tank Capacity: 1.9ml
Atomizer: OCC Bottom 1.6ohm
Connector: 510
The atomizer has a very convenient top loading system. Under the unscrew cap located two charging holes, the size of which fits any spout, but I would not fill the tank with a dropper.
The tank also has a quick system for changing vaporizers even if the tank is fully filled, but in this case you will have to turn it upside down.
At the bottom of the atomizer there are two adjustable blowing holes. The blowing is quite tight, but I wouldn’t call it MTL.
Conclusions and impressions
Pretty good device with nice design. It would be great for beginners and those who like ease of use. But it is best suited for use with high salt nicotine liquids. For not much money you get a pretty and simple device.
